My Night time Skin Care Routine

The products I use for my skin care routine day and night changes all the time. I am forever trying different kinds of products! Part of being a woman, I guess.

But of course there are some products that I stick for years. Especially moisturizer. I also found my holy grail for my lip care.

So, without further adieu here’s my night time skin care routine.

After taking off my make up I cleanse my face. I rotate my facial cleanser and toner all the time ’cause I have a lot of different kinds. I am obsess with facial cleansers and toners.

Right now this is what I am using:

Tony Moly Bee Propolis Toner and Cleanser

I love Korean brand facial cleansers and toners. They have a wide range and all are organic. Which I love.

I picked this up in Watson’s

After cleansing and toning my face and neck the next product I apply is my retinol cream.

ROC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream

I apply this under my eyes, all over my forehead and any part of my face that has visible wrinkles. I picked this up in Long’s Drug (CVS) in Honolulu the last time I was there and I am already panicking ’cause my tube is about to run out and ROC brand is not available in Manila.

I already checked out some products that has retinol in it and the one that I might replace this tube is Philosophy’s Miracle Worker that I saw in Beauty Bar over the week end.

After applying my retinol cream I apply my moisturizer.

La Mer Moisturizing Cream

I have been using La Mer since early 2000. I am a loyal user of this product.

This is available in Rustan’s but I buy mine abroad. Usually in Hongkong or Singapore. Or every time any of my kids or TB would go abroad I always tell them to buy for me. That’s why I always have this in stock.

I apply moisturizer all over my face and neck.

Another moisturizer that I am loving now is Chanel Sublimage Masque.

I sometimes use this during daytime when I am just at home. But I normally alternate this with my La Mer at night.

You can go cheap on your other facial products but when it comes to your moisturizer you need to invest in a good one. It is worth it.

After my moisturizer I apply my eye cream.

Chanel Sublimage La Creme Yeux

This is my favorite eye creme now. I know this is expensive but I have 2 cheaper eye cremes that I love and also just as good.

Alba Botanica Hawaiian Eye Gel with Green tea and Nature’s Gate Grape Seed Eye Cream

Applying eye cream is something you should never miss. Our eye area is one of the most delicate part in our face and you need to take care of it.

I picked these up in Healthy Options. As you can see both products are organic.

After applying my eye cream I wait a few minutes, then I apply my Hyaluronic cream

Andalou Naturals Hyaluronic DMAE Lift and firm Cream

All aging skin needs Hyaluronic acid. This is one product that I use day and night. No fail.

You can get this in Healthy Options.

After my Hyaluronic cream I apply my facial oil.

Aura Cacia Rosehip Oil

I am into beauty oils now. You have no idea how good they are. I apply one pump of my Rosehip oil all over my face and neck every night.

This is available in Healthy Options.

To finish everything I put lip balm.

Nature Republic Provence Lip Essence and Andalou Naturals Argan + Mint Lip Remedy

I have naturally dry lips. That means I have tried every lip balms in every shape and size. These two are the only ones that work for me. I don’t go to sleep without slathering my lips with any of these two.

After everything I apply my body lotion and spray my night time cologne and I am off to dream land.

  • It’s really important that even during at night you have a skincare routine. So that your skin will sure to keep its glowing and younger looks when you wake up. Also there is one important thing you needs to remember. That you needs to keep a healthy diet for your skin and body. Keeping a well balance skincare routine is the best thing to do.
