Proust Questionnaire – feat. Cecile Zamora-Van Straten aka CHUVANESS

When I first thought of doing the Proust Questionnaire the first person I thought of to kick off this segment was Chuvaness or CVS as she is fondly called.

Why?

– Chuvaness is the #1 blogger in the Philippines

– she is my mentor in blogging

– she is a friend

I know a lot of you wants to know what makes her tick. Not all is lucky enough to get to know her. So, I want to share with you the kind of person she really is.

Her answers to this questionnaire sums her up as a person, a friend, a wife and most especially a mother.

Cecile Zamora-Van Straten. Up close and personal.

Reasons why I love CVS:

– she doesn’t sugar coat anything. She gives it to you as it is. You just have to take it as mature as you can, accept it and move on. Because she will only say what’s best for you.

– if she consider you a friend she will stand up for you, protect you & defend you. Tried and tested.

– she is very generous! hahaha

– and most of all she is a good wife and a good mother.

My friend, Cecile.

  • I know you MS. T because of Cecile. She blog about you several years ago. Her blog during that time was still on Livejournal. This is so Cecile hah hah hah. Q & A #13 is interesting LOL

  • I have not met Ms.C in person but she replies to my sms and tweets- always. A very humble, kind hearted, sincere and generous person as far as I know. No one have ever thought of giving me a cancer vixen book when I was diagnosed, not even my family or friends, only CVS would give such heartwarming informative book to a stranger ♡

    • awww… that is very sweet of her Lorraine. Thank you for sharing!
CVS has stood up for me and defended me so many times. So I can relate to you.

  • Unlike the rest, I came to know Chuvaness, because of you, Miss T. (Mas nauna pa akong nagbasa ng willow diary sa blogspot pa yun)

I find her annoying and hated her for being a bully at times. But how true, the more you hate, the more you love. Thanks to CVS, I now know how to pronounce Rimowa as “ree-mo-vah” to Schiphol (pronounced Skip-pol) and has educated me that there are options in life like Comme des Garçons for comfy shirts and eating chicken rice (paired with coke) when feeling down.

And yes, CVS without her knowing inspired me to pick up the habit of praying the Holy Rosary once more. For all these, salamat.

    Love kita,

    Marvs
