It is what it is

This is the time of the year where 24 hours is not enough for a day.

The minute I wake up and up to the time I get to bed at night it’s been non stop running errands, meeting orders, shipping orders, cooking for Claudia, meeting people for lunch and dinner, etc., etc., etc.

I haven’t even started with my Christmas shopping yet. All I have done so far is make a list. Hopefully in the next few days I’d be able to start. At least I know already what to get, all I need to do is to physically pick it up which I don’t have the  time yet. I know I am late already. I get more pressured cause gifts are starting to arrive at home now.

Every year I always give myself up to the 15th. Everything delivered on or before the 15th. I have a few more days. But for sure I won’t make it to my deadline. But what can I do, it is what it is.

Time is really so tight. I’ll be out of town from the 21st to the 23rd and then leave again from the 26th to the 29th. So, that means I have to finish all my errands before the 21st. I don’t know how I’ll do it, thinking about it makes me tired already.

I had lunch yesterday with my guests from NYC. This is the type of lunch where it goes on forever. Since there’s just so much catching up to do. I’m just glad that they’re having fun even with our stormy weather and glad that typhoon Hagupit/Ruby didn’t really hit Manila like it was reported.

I’ll try to blog as much as I can even with my tight schedule and also even if my posts are boring these days. I am sure you’re all bored reading my stories about running around like a headless chicken. There’s really nothing much I can do since that’s what really is going on with me now.

At the end of my day I start to miss you all.

Touching base.
