What I Bring On A Week End Trip – Packing For The Week End

Packing for a week end trip can be as tedious and difficult as packing for a long trip.

Especially for a woman like me who doesn’t know how to pack light.

But then again it is what it is. You have to find ways and means on how to fit everything in a week ender bag.

Last week end as you all know I went for a week end trip to Cebu to give moral support to my daughter Claudia who joined the Cobra Ironman 70.3 Triathlon Race.

BTW, if in case I haven’t told you yet, she came in 4th place in her age group division and she is the youngest in this race.

That’s as light as I can get. Small containers are really a big help to me. Landmark has the best and has a long range of different sizes of containers. Especially the Japanese made ones.

The best way to pack light is to make a list on the things that is very important to you. Use small containers for your grooming needs. Segregate your stuff.

I did the best way I can to pack light. Sure, it was difficult to choose which items I need to bring. Everytime I pack it seems like I need to bring everything! Suddenly everything in my bathroom is important.

Pare down to the basic.
