Back

…and so I’m back and found myself with tons of things to do for my Willow Jewelry line. Answer inquries, deliveries, tied some loose ends that I left hanging.

Life.

It’s so difficult to get on with the swing of things after a vacation especially if you had fun. Which I did. Most definitely.

I finally got some color. Not the outrageous orange kind of tan but sun kissed bronze kind of tan. And it’s because of this:

Actually it was Claudia who introduced me to this product when we went to Hawaii 2 years ago. You can’t find this product anywhere but in Hawaii. Love it. It smells like chocolate! It also comes with after sun gel lotion but I didn’t get anymore cause I found this:

I bought this here in Manila before I left. This is one product that is very good. Highly recommended.

I do a whole production of preparation before I leave for the beach. I got used to it already ever since my kids were small. We go to the beach often and I always make sure that I brought sun care for the kids. And I still do the same ritual up to now.

I bought some new bathing suits cause the bathing suits that I have and I liked are worn out already. I went to Victoria Secret and found some bandeau type which what I was looking for and it came in neon colors. I went crazy!

The sales girl asked me if I have been sized already. I said no. She told me “we gotta have to size you.”  She brought me to the fitting room and there was one attendant in each cubicle that will assist you (talking about good service). She took my measurements and I nearly collapsed! She said you are a 34D. And I have been wearing a 34B for the longest time! So we got 34D of the style that I wanted. I fitted it and the attendant made some adjustments. She then told me let’s try a 34 double D cause you still have a spillage with the 34D. Holy cow! I fitted the 34 double D and it fitted me really well and it was very comfortable. And the most important thing is there was no more spillage!

I texted Claudia right away and told her and she texted back: hahahahahaha, you fatty!

34 double D? For the life of me I don’t know how my girls became a double D!

Since I was there already I bought some bras with my new size. I remember one time I watched the Oprah show a few years ago she told her audience: “you have to get the right size. Have yourself sized. Believe me it will change your life. Wearing the right size of bra will make a huge difference!”

She is right! Wearing the right size of bra will really change your life! Go, NOW. Have yourself sized.

So anyway here are some photos. Please don’t judge me. LOL!

I came back renewed & recharged. I did some reflection and making time to dig the core of your being is good for your soul.

  • I know the Oprah episode that you are talking about, and I remember the stat because it was quite shocking that around 80% of women wear the wrong bra size. It’s so important to get professionally fit and have the sales ladies recommend the right undergarments for you, because even bras of the same size are not created equal in terms of support, coverage, etc. I wish more stores in Manila offered this service. Here in the UK, it’s offered in M&S, and the ladies are quite helpful. They actually recommend that you get fitted every six months.

    And you look great, Tina!

    • Thanks Kat! Victoria Secret have this service. None in Manila! None that I know of. I don’t think M&S here in Manila have this service. M&S in Hongkong doesn’t have this service also. It’s really true cos on my way home from a long flight I wore my new bra with my new size and I feel sooooo comfortable.

  • Miss tina..you look good for your age..I’m ten years younger than you but I couldn’t rock those bikinis the way you do!

  • Nice butt madame…. Mas bagay yung black-ini sa yo…. Anyways highway welcome back…
