I cooked lunch for Claudia today and decided to cook poached eggs over roasted asparagus. The recipe was so easy. I have never poached an egg before but like I said it looked easy to cook. But the hardest part was getting it out from the pot. The yolk of one of the eggs broke and the rest is history.

I posted it on Facebook and according to them it didn’t look like poach eggs and made fun of my eggs.

The important thing is Claudia ate it and said it was yummy.
